1.0 OVERVIEW The MPCT30 P6 model has 5 main programmable functions: RPM meter, frequency meter, hourly production meter, timer, and uni-directional pulse counter. Each one of these five functions is independent and they can’t be used at the same time. BASIC TERMINAL BOARD DESCRIPTION - exchange relay output (AL1: 1 = Com, 2 = NC, 3 = NO) - pull-up resistor for counting input - ground - counting input, start for chronometer function. - transducer power supply (16Vdc). 1.10 PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) CONFIGURATION The “hold” and “reset” configuration. Open the instrument to configure the “Hold” and “Reset” (NPN or PNP) inputs. To open the instrument use a screw-driver to lever on the long part of the keyboard and on the side hooks and extract the instrument from the front. The “Hold/Stop”, “Start”, and “Reset” inputs are in NPN configuration. To set up the “Reset”, “Hold/Stop” and “Start” inputs as PNP version, move the JP12 and JP13 jumpers in 1-2 position.
