AUTOMATIC WORK PLATFORMS PLATEFORMES DE TRAVAIL AUTOMATIQUES AUTOMATEN Queste macchine sono nate per dare una risposta al nostro settore sempre piu orientato verso I'esigenza di auto-matizzare I'intero processo di prelievo del cavo in matassa o bobina data la necessita di centralizzare questi pro-cessi. I centri di lavoro integrano cinque funzioni in automatico: caricamen-to , svolgimento , misurazione, taglio, legatura matassa, espulsione. Queste macchine si dividono in due categorie: serie E) a tesatura elettronica, serie A) a tesatura con aria compressa; la solu-zione e) offre la possibilita di lavorare anche cavi molto delicati e di piccole dimensioni, puo gestire tiri min. di 7 Kg, max 100 Kg. La a) invece parte da min 20 Kg a max 100 Kg. Questi centri possono essere a carico late-rale o frontale, con paletts a circuito chiuso, o per bobine palettizzate, con o senza polmone di carico e scari-co, adatti a essere alimentati sia con carrelli elevatori o trasloautomatici. Caratteristiche: capacita di effet- tuare cicli completi in 3 minuti per prelievi medi su bobina di 300 mt. e di 2,2 minuti per matasse di 50 mt con velocita di lavoro 500 mt. Pos-sibilta di esecuzioni speciali per portate fino a 5000 Kg, 02600 mm. These machinery were planned as reply to the bigger and bigger need of our customers to centralize and change the cable handling into the most low-cost automatized processing. Our work platforms carry out five operations such as reel loading, cable dereeling, measuring, cutting, coil strapping and final ejecting. Two machine ranges are available : E)with electronic cable stretching control A)with air-compressed cable stretching control.The electronic control allows to work with small and fragile cables thanks to the variable pulling from 7 to 100kgs. The pneumatic version offers pullings from 20 to 100kgs. The reel can be supplied on pallet from the side or in front of the equipment by means of forklifts or transfer devices and can be brought back to the start position. Features:one reel with a cable length of 300m onto is ready in 3 min. and a coil of 50m is ready in 2,2 min. The working speed is 500m/min. Possibility to manufacture special versions for reel capacities up to 5000kgs and 2600mm dia. Nous fabriquons ces equipements pour repondre de plus en plus a la demande des nos clients pour au-tomatiser et centraliser les phases de deroulage et preparation du cable pour la vente. Les plateformes de travail remplissent 5 fonctions : chargement du touret, deroulement, mesurage, coupe et ligature du cable et enfin rejection de la couronne. Ces equipements sont disponibles en deux variantes pour tendre le cable: E)avec controle electronique A)avec controle pneumatique. La variante electronique permet de travailler avec des cable petits et tres deli-cats grace a la capacite de tirage variable de 7 jusqu' a 100 kg; la variante pneumatique offre un tirage de 20 jusqu' a 100kg. . L'on peut charger le touret de cote ou de front sur palette soit avec des chariot elevateur soit avec des machines-transfert au-tomatiques et renvoyer-le au point initial. Caracteristiques: un touret avec 300m de cable est prete dans 3 minutes et une couronne de 50m dans 2,2 minutes. La vitesse de travail est de 500 m/min. Possibilite de fabriquer des variantes avec des capacites jusqu' a 5000 kg et diametre touret de 2600mm. Die Anlage integriert 5 Funktionen: Quelltrommel laden, Abwickeln, Mes-sen, Ringe abbinden und ausstoBen. Zwei Maschinen-kategorien sind erhaltlich: E)Mit elektronischer Zug-spannungs-kontrolle, die es ermo-glicht auch dunne, delikate Kabel zu konfektionieren. Der Zug ist variabel von min. 7 Kg bis max. 100kg. A)Mit pneumatischer Zugspannungs-kon- trolle, mit einem Zug von min. 20 bis max. 100Kg. Der Automat kann sei-tlich oder auch frontal mit Trommeln versorgt werden. Diese Operationen werden von Hubstaplern oder Re-galbedienfahrzeugen durchgefuhrt. Die Zufuhrrollenbahnen konnen je nach Situationen angepasst werden. Eigenschaften: Eine Trommel mit 300m Kabel ist in 3 Minuten aufgewickelt. Ein Ring mit 50m Lange ist in 2,2 Minuten abgebunden und au-sgestoBen. Arbeitsge-schwindigkeit: 500m/min. Spezialanfertigung fur \ Trommelgewichte von bis zu 5000 Kg und Durch-messer bis zu 2600mm.
