THERMAL PROTECTIONS Upon the customer’s request it is possible to install one of the following devices as thermal protection. 1.1 PTC Thermistors These components are assembled in the heads of the stator windings and they control the maximum temperature. These devices do not measure the temperature of the windings, but a pre-set temperature limit of intervention.
