The new series of alternators at 400Hz is the result of our long experience in thissector and of diligent studies and researches aiming to keep pace with the technological development of an era where technology is the winning card.All the 400Hz alternators have a fixed inductor with skewed slots and a rotatinginductor. The windings have a 2/3 pitch in order to reduce the harmonic contentof voltage. The entire series is manufactured according to and complies with the most common specifications such as CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, EN 60034-1, VDE 0530,BS 4999-5000. The new 400Hz series has been designed to meet the more technologicalrequirements of applications such as telecommunications, cogeneration, army and aeronautics sectors. GAMMA RANGE I generatori a 400Hz sono disponibili a 14 poli 3428 rpm nel range da 5,5a 13KVA e a 20 poli 2400 rpm nel range da 45a 150KVA. The 400Hz generators are available at 14 pole 3428 rpm ranging from 5,5 to 13KVA and at 20 pole 2400 rpm ranging from 45 to 150KVA. STRUTTURA MECCANICA MECHANICAL STRUCTURE La struttura meccanica, estremamente robusta, consente un facile accesso ai collegamenti e una veloce verifica delle diverse parti durante la manutenzioneordinaria e straordinaria. I materiali utilizzati per la realizzazione della strutturameccanica sono: acciaio FeP12 per la carcassa, acciaio C45 per l'albero e ghisaper gli scudi. Il grado di protezione standard IP21; su specifica richiesta del cliente possono essere forniti gradi di protezione superiori. The robust mechanical structure permits easy access to the connections and components during routine and extraordinary maintenance check-ups.The materials used for the manufacture of the mechanical structure are thefollowing: FeP12 steel for the frame, C45 steel for the shaft and cast iron for theend-brackets. The standard degree of protection is IP21; upon the customer's request, other higher degrees of protection. ISOLAMENTI E IMPREGNAZIONI INSULATION AND IMPREGNATION Gli isolamenti sono in classe H; le impregnazioni sono realizzate con resineepossidiche tropicalizzate applicate per immersione, gocciolamento e sottovuotoin modo da garantire sempre un ottimo livello di isolamento. Insulation is of class H standard. Impregnation is made with tropicalized epoxy resins by dipping, dripping and by vacuum, so that the insulation level is alwaysvery good. REGULATION The self-regulation is obtained through an electronic regulator type SR7-H400B.The regulator is fed by an auxiliary winding which guarantees an almost constant supply under any possible operating condition of the generator.
