The PCM and PCC series are hydraulic systems designed with self-monitoring and redundancy in accordance with EN693 standards. They feature a monoblock frame made from structural steel S355, calculated using finite element analysis software. Activation is achieved through two-hand safety controls, and they include T-slots “M16” DIN650. The systems operate with two speeds, automatically switching from fast speed by pressure, and are equipped with limit switches and a pressure switch.
Key features include a hydraulic cushion, hydraulic ejector, light curtains, an electric oil cooler, and PLC control with a tactile panel (SIEMENS). Additional optional equipment is available upon request.
The PCM series includes models PCM-40, PCM-60, PCM-80, PCM-100, and PCM-150, with power ranging from 40 to 150 tons. They have a stroke of 250mm, guide diameters ranging from 40mm to 60mm, and lower plate dimensions from 600x450mm to 900x600mm. Upper plate dimensions range from 450x350mm to 750x500mm. Throat depth varies from 250mm to 350mm, with a vertical opening useable of 500mm. Engine power ranges from 4 HP to 10 HP, with approximation speeds from 20mm/sec to 28mm/sec and work speeds from 5mm/sec to 7.5mm/sec. Maximum pressure is between 300 and 315 bars.
