TRUTORQ provides high-performance actuators designed to minimize air consumption and ensure proper sizing for ball valves. MECA-INOX offers configurations that are simple, reliable, and flexible, ensuring quick customer response.
- Pneumatic Actuation: Available in spring return or double acting versions, including C-Type, E-Type, and CNi-Type.
- Electric Actuation: Double acting, available in EZ-Type.
- TRUVISION Indicator: Optional visual position indicator.
- Triple Shaft Bearings: Eliminates metal contact and absorbs impact loads.
- Piston Wear Pads: Reduce side loading and ensure smooth operation.
- Unique Spring Design: Patented design located inside piston rack.
- Insert Sleeve: Allows versatile mounting options.
The CNI coating enhances corrosion resistance, reduces friction, and increases hardness with uniform thickness and non-magnetic properties.
- Double Acting (TDA): Air to open and close, max pressure 10 bars.
- Single Acting (TSR): Air to open, springs to close.
- Temperature Range: -40°C to 100°C with Buna+Nitrile O-ring.
Actuators comply with ISO 5211, DIN 3337, and Namur VDl/VDE 3845 standards, meeting European Directives including ATEX 94/9/CE, PED 97/23/CE, and 89/392/CE.
