HIGH PERFORMANCE Larger producers can achieve high quality fine materials with the McCloskey 516 trommel. McCloskey International offers a wide range of drum designs and screen sizes to improve quality and meet high demand. Material such as topsoil, compost, sand and gravel, and wood chip spend more time in the sixteen foot drum for better screening results. The three screen sections allow for flexibility in sizing to maximise productivity, while the hydraulically folding end conveyor allows oversize material to be effectively stockpiled. Oversize Conveyor 36” wide oversize reject conveyor at the end of the trommel offers magnetic pulley, vacuum system and high-speed de-stoning belt. Radial Conveyor Radial conveyor with 180º swing and variable discharge height for maximum stockpiling flexibility. Hopper Capacity Hopper capacity of 4.8m³ (6.4yd³) with extensions. For heavy duty applications, a remote control hydraulic tipping grizzly can be added to scalp off large material. Feed Conveyor RET model has dual internal drive with 13’ (4.0m) feeder. RT model has dual internal head drive with 12’ (3.6m) feeder.
