Windturbines Gearless millsdrives Turbogenerators Gas & steam turbines DESCRIPTION The PMM-305 is a standalone 5 channels (4x dynamic signals and 1x reference signal) Process Monitoring Module (PMM) specially designed to interface third party acquisition system to the CMS500 Orca (Condition Monitoring Software). The PMM-305 voltage inputs allow a direct connection from the buffered output (BNC) of the installed monitoring device without additional hardware interface thanks to its extended input range from –24V to +24V. Individual alarm and danger thresholds are configurable for each channel with 8x OTP modes in each rotation direction (via digital input) and with up to 16 OTP modes (via Modbus). In addition, the PMM-305 can provide the data to the SCADA/PLC with its two dedicated slave Modbus interfaces (TCP and RTU). The system is supplied with PMx-300 Manager real time software for real time data visualisation and configuration trough Ethernet via TCP/IP protocol.
