Introduction
Yamazaki Mazak has introduced the seventh generation of its INTEGREX range, known as the i-series. This new series represents a significant redesign from the previous INTEGREX IV series, incorporating enhancements aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.

Specifications
The INTEGREX i-series is available in three sizes, featuring a larger working area, particularly in the Y-axis with a range of up to 250mm, and 615mm in the X-axis. The B-axis offers a range of 240 degrees. The machine includes rigid linear roller guides for improved positioning accuracy and reduced friction. Both the main and milling spindles have increased power, with the main spindle offering 22kW or 30kW options, and the milling spindle providing 22kW with speeds up to 12,000 rpm, or an optional 20,000 rpm at 15kW.

The i-series features ergonomic improvements such as a larger viewing window and a 19-inch adjustable display panel. The tool magazine has been relocated to the front of the machine, increasing the tool capacity from 20 to 36, with an optional 72-tool magazine available.

The machine is equipped with Mazatrol Matrix conversational programming for ease of use. It also includes environmentally friendly options like personnel sensors, power consumption display, and automatic power-off chip conveyor.
