Max Cutting Data Sheet Overview
This document provides the cutting parameters for the MFSC-300L laser cutting machine by Maxphotonics Co. Ltd. It includes specifications for cutting stainless steel and carbon steel materials.
Specifications for Stainless Steel (SUS)
- For 0.8 mm thickness: Use 100% power, speed of 5-6 m/min, nitrogen gas pressure at 1.7 Mpa, focus at 0.5 mm, cutting height at 0.4 mm, and direct drilling.
- For 1 mm thickness: Use 100% power, speed of 4-5 m/min, nitrogen gas pressure at 1.8 Mpa, focus at 0.0 mm, cutting height at 0.4 mm, and direct drilling.
- For 1.5 mm thickness: Use 100% power, speed of 1.0-1.2 m/min, nitrogen gas pressure at 1.8 Mpa, focus at -2.0 mm, cutting height at 0.4 mm, and direct drilling.
Specifications for Carbon Steel (MS)
- For 1 mm thickness: Use 100% power, speed of 4.5-5.0 m/min, oxygen gas pressure at 0.6 Mpa, focus at 1.0 mm, cutting height at 0.8 mm, and direct drilling.
- For 3 mm thickness: Use 100% power, speed of 0.8-1.0 m/min, oxygen gas pressure at 0.6 Mpa, focus at 3.0 mm, cutting height at 0.8 mm, and progressive drilling.
Recommendations
These parameters are for reference only. It is advised to optimize the parameters based on the actual cutting effect to achieve the best results.
