Introduction
This document provides the cutting data sheet for the MFSC-500W laser cutting machine by Maxphotonics Co. Ltd. It includes specifications for cutting stainless steel and carbon steel using different parameters.
Specifications- Stainless Steel (SUS): The cutting parameters vary based on material thickness. For 1mm thickness, use 100% power, 8-10 m/min speed, 1.5 Mpa nitrogen gas pressure, -1.0 mm focus, and 0.4 mm cutting height with direct drilling. For 2mm, adjust speed to 1.5-2.5 m/min, gas pressure to 1.8 Mpa, and focus to -2.0 mm. For 3mm, use 0.3-0.6 m/min speed, 1.8 Mpa gas pressure, -3.0 mm focus, and subsection drilling.
- Carbon Steel (MS): Parameters also depend on thickness. For 1mm, use 100% power, 8-10 m/min speed, 0.8 Mpa oxygen gas pressure, 1.0 mm focus, and 1.0 mm cutting height with direct drilling. For 2mm, adjust speed to 3.0-4.0 m/min and gas pressure to 0.6 Mpa. For thicknesses from 3mm to 6mm, progressively reduce speed and gas pressure while adjusting focus and cutting height accordingly.
