800W Cutting Data Sheet

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides a detailed data sheet for the MFSC-800 cutting machine, focusing on cutting parameters for stainless steel and mild steel materials. It includes specifications for material thickness, speed, nozzle type, power, focus, gas type, gas pressure, cutting height, and punching parameters.
Specifications:
  • Stainless Steel 304: Cutting parameters vary based on thickness (1-3 mm), with speeds ranging from 1.7 to 18 m/min. Nitrogen (N2) is used as the cutting gas with pressures between 1.50 to 2.00 Mpa. The focus is adjusted between -1.5 to -3 mm.
  • Mild Steel: Parameters are provided for thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm. Oxygen (O2) is used as the cutting gas with pressures from 0.25 to 4.75 Mpa. The focus ranges from 0 to 5 mm, with speeds from 0.6 to 10 m/min.
Procedures:
  • For stainless steel, a single nozzle is used, while a double nozzle is used for mild steel.
  • Punching parameters include duty ratio, air pressure, frequency, height, and delay, which vary based on material and thickness.
Recommendations:
  • Adjust power curves to manage burrs when cutting corners in stainless steel.
  • For 1-2 mm mild steel, air cutting is recommended for faster speeds without overburning.
  • For thick materials, maintain cutting speed within ±0.3 m/min for optimal results.
Notes: The provided parameters are for reference only and should be optimized based on actual cutting effects.

Remark: Stainless steel cutting corner with burr, which can use power curve to adjust (see the picture) 1~2mm mild steel cutting by air, cutting speed is faster. And it will not happen overburnning cause by high speed & air pressure. Thick materials cutting speed between ±0.3 will be OK Note: This process parameters for reference only , please optimize parameters reasonablly according to actual cutting effect.
