Scope of Use:
The Y20 Hand-held Rock Drill is designed for dry drilling downward and inclined blast holes in medium to hard rock (f=8~18). It is ideal for small open-pit quarries, mines, water conservancy projects, road construction in mountainous areas, and secondary blasting in large mines. The drill comes with an FY200B Line Oiler for automatic lubrication during operation.

Operation and Maintenance:
In addition to general safety precautions for rock drilling, specific attention should be given to:

Ensuring the air pipe swivel (53) and back head (35) are tightly connected before supplying compressed air to prevent disconnection under pressure.
Carefully assembling and disassembling the distribution valve assembly parts (1), (2), and (3) to avoid burrs. After reassembly, ensure the valve (2) moves smoothly to its end positions within the valve chest (3).
Noting that the rifle nut (8) and piston (9) have left-hand threads, requiring caution during assembly and disassembly.
