- Various sizes of casing tubes are available with outer diameters ranging from 108 mm to 508 mm and inner diameters from 93 mm to 483 mm. Lengths are standardized at 1, 1.5, and 2 meters.
- Casing tubes are suitable for drilling water wells, geothermal wells, short miscopies, and medium mini-type grouting holes in building, dam, and harbor projects.
- The design focuses on ease of casing installation, simplicity of equipment and operation.
- The system features a simple structure, easy operation, reliable quality, retrievable drilling tools, and a long service life.
- Key components include the discharge head, drill rod, guide sleeve, DTH hammer, casing tube, guide device, casing shoe, reamer, and pilot bit.
- Begin drilling by opening the reamer to enlarge the hole, driving the casing shoe and tube down.
- Upon completing drilling in over-burden formations, reverse rotation to close the reamer, allowing the assembly to be pulled up through the casing tube.
- The casing tube can either be left in the hole or removed using grout sealing material.
- Normal drilling tools are then used to reach the desired depth.
