Used Cooking Oils / Yellow Grease Bin with moveable floor! Mavitec Green Energy offers a unique bin for melting and separation of used cooking oils/yellow grease. The bins are executed with a heavy, hydraulic operated, moveable floor. In the bottom of the bin a special conveyor is installed where the fines and other products are conveyed out of the bin in order to keep the melting bin as clean as possible. The melting bin is indirect steam heated via a modulating automated steam valve to keep the temperature and circumstances favorable. The unique hydraulic operated and perforated moveable floor makes it possible to set the floor to any required depth level. The depth is measured by a heavy measuring device providing all information required about the level. The Ceramic sealed cylinders are placed outside the material flow, which reduces possible downtime to a minimum. All melting bins are custom made, so most specific requirements and/or volumes are applicable. All melting bins can be executed in both stainless steel, carbon steel or a combination of both.
