PROCESSING TECHNOLOGIES FOR COOKING SMOKING • MATURING • DRYING •AGING Cleaning systems Efficiency: The cleaning sequence is fully automatic so that time-consuming manual work is reduced to a minimum. The dispensing time and the rinsing time can be controlled separately and individually adapted to each area of the equipment. Maximum hygiene: The system can be cleaned with either cleaning agents or dis­ infectants. The cleaning sequence is performed and monitored by the system controls. Easy operation: In order to perform the cleaning process, only the canister with the cleaning agent concentrate is placed below the cleaning equipment and the suction hose is inserted.
