Product catalog summary
Overview
The document provides detailed information about Indent-A-Mark Roll Markers, specifically Models 2115 and 2045, designed for high-speed production line marking. These machines accommodate various shapes and offer easy setup and operation, resulting in lower marking costs.

Roll Marking Machine
Indent-A-Mark Roll Markers are suitable for applications requiring larger characters, longer legends, and greater marking force. They can mark on metal products with diverse surface shapes, including flat, concave, convex, recessed, round, cylindrical, and conical. The marking process involves a vertical ram movement, ensuring uniform marking depth across different part thicknesses or shapes.

  Model 2045 Roll Marking Systems-1

High-speed production line marking Accommodates a variety of shapes Easy set-up and operation Lower marking costs > Indent-A-Mark Roll Markers are used in applications where larger characters, longer legends and greater marking force are required. With the proper tooling, roll marking is used to mark on metal products with flat, concave, convex, recessed, round, cylindrical and conical surfaces. During the marking cycle, the ram travels vertically downward. As thedie touches the part, the first character is indented until a preset pres- sure is reached. The marking head travels across the part, maintaining a constant pressure across the entire surface. This assures uniformity of marking depth, regardless of variations in part thickness or shape. After indenting, the marking head returns to home position. A Dove Tail hold- er is used to mark around the circumference of round parts and a roller die is used to indent on flat parts. size="-1">
