Condensate treatment The condensate produced by any kind of lubricated compressor contains an amount of oil residues and, if dispersed, these may pollute the environment. MOS oil-water separation system provides for condensate treatment directly where it rises, conforming to technical and legal requirements, with remarkable savings due to reduction of the disposal costs. OPERATING PRINCIPLE: The oily condensate (under pressure) enters the expansion chamber (only for model with pre-separator). Here the pressure is exhausted in the pre-separation container, without any turbulence. Any solid particle is collected into a removable container. Inside the pre-separation container the oil returns to the surface due to gravitational separation. Then the oil flows into the oil container. The treated condensate reaches the filtering phase.
