data sheet Barrier mask according to AFNOR SPEC S76-001 ref : 1008789 Filtration warranty DESCRIPTION The AC50 barrier mask is intended for the use of healthy people without clinical symptoms of viral infection. It does not replace hygiene actions and the rules of social distancing. It constitutes a protective barrier against possible viral penetration in the mouth and nose area of its user or of a person being nearby. It also aims to protect this area against contact with the hands. This equipment is neither a medical device within the meaning of regulation EU/2017/745 (surgical masks), nor personal protective equipment within the meaning of regulation EU/2016/425 (filter mask type FFP2). The AC50 mask is designed according to the AFNOR SPEC S76-001 guide and meets the requirements of the interministerial note of March 29, 2020 for use as : } Mask for public health use of category 1 - UNS 1 : individual mask for use by professionals in contact with the public (people assigned to positions or missions involving regular contact with the public). Test according to annex 2 of the DGA protocol : protection efficiency against particles of 3 µm > 90% new and after washing. } Mask for public health use of category 2 - UNS 2 : mask with collective aim to protect an entire group wearing these masks (people in the professional environment having occasional contacts with other people). Test according to annex 2 of the DGA protocol : protection efficiency against particles of 3 µm >70% new and after washing. Partial protection of the user against particles smaller than 3 µm. Test according to annex 1 of the DGA protocol : protection efficiency against particles of 1 µm > 30% new and after washing. CHARACTERISTICS ► One size - Adult. ► "Pleated" mask made of laminated 2-layer PES 285 g/m2 fabric. ► 2 elastic bands for tightening and adjustment at the back of the head. ► Side elastic to seal the mask on the face. ► Adjustable nose clamp. ► The material of the mask is OEKO-TEX certified and does not contain any substance at levels know to be dangerous for the user. ► Maximum duration of use of 4 hours. The mask should then be washed or discarded. ► The performance of the AC50 mask when new and after washing are as follows : Transparent plastic bag of 20 masks in cardboard box.
