MB Bäuerle has developed an inline folding system that aims particularly at finishing digitally printed products. The multipli 35 is the perfect folding machine for copy and lettershops, in-house printing departments and digital printers. The machine can be equipped with fold units with 2 or 4 fold plates, a special plate for fold lengths up to 43 cm, a total counter, batch counter or double sheet detection, thus allowing an individual adaptation to a wide range of conditions. Cutting, perforating and scoring tools are available in different widths and structures for further processing options. In this machine, fold roller setting is not necessary because the special polyurethane rollers make roller setting unnecessary. A special feature of the inline folding system is the fact that customised documents (delivery notes, mailings) can be directly processed because the printed document is taken over by the alignment table of the folding machine and then folded. Prior alignment ensures a precise fold.Alabeller for sealing the document is available as optional equipment.
