Personnel must always be present to monitor the paper level in the magazines and to keep an eye on the necessary adjustments. The flexible loading system BSA5000 make these procedures superfluous, taking account your individual needs. The bulk loader BSA 5000 is a high capacity preloader, which is used in conjunction with feeders. The BSA automatically supplies feeders (mainly vacuum bottom feeders) with a shingled stream of sheets in the printed sequence, which means that continuous operation is possible without interruption for replenishing the paper stack and without the constant need for supervision. The stacker of the BSA holds about 5,000 sheets. Therefore the reliability of the entire mailing system increases because its automatic loading function always guarantees optimum sheet amount in the (vacuum) bottom feeder. Sensors continuously monitor the height of the paper stack in the feeder. When the stack drops below a predetermined level, the bulk loader automatically reloads the feeder with the required number of sheets. Since this process is repeated automatically in repetitive cycles, the feeder is always loaded with an optimal number of sheets. The units are mobile and height-adjustable, so that different types of feeders or systems may be combined. Via an electrical interface signals like: Ready-signal, e-stop, min. stack can be communicated to the base machine (inserter or wrapping-machine).An anti-static device is optional available.
