Target Usage It can be used as a shock absorber for a hanging type sliding door (self-closing type / manual type). Line-Up ■ Regular Type : Air Damper with standard length ■ Short Type : Type with shorter cylinder length and stroke than regular type ■ Magnet(Optional) : Being used for pulling out a piston lod ^ Another holding part is needed to use Magnet. Name of parts and sizes Material ■ Cylinder : Aluminium Alloy(A6063) ■ Piston Lod : Nylon(PA66)

Cautions for Safety Caution ◼ On the case you ignore below thing, it may cause harmful damage for both human and materials. Do NOT add extra force toward a piston rod with fully closed adjuster knob. By internal pressure, parts may be disassembled and jump out. Do NOT disassemble. It may cause oil leak and/or malfunction. Make sure that no foreign matter enters inside. It may cause malfunction. Do not use the product under water or with water. It may cause malfunction. Installation in a location with severe environmental conditions such as extremely low or high temperatures may not maintain...

Dampers for both closing and opening Magnet Door To fix the air damper body, screw the four slot holes. Use screws with sufficient length for fixing screws. Do not overtighten the fixing screws. The fixed part may be damaged. Spring Washer Rubber Cushion To fix the magnet, hold the fixing bracket between the two rubber packings as shown above. Also, before use, tighten the two hex nuts sufficiently and check that they are not loose. Please prepare the fixing bracket by your side.

To avoid damaging the functionality of the product, install it according to the following warnings. 1. Install the air damper body straight along with the pushing direction. 2. Please adjust the mounting position of the air damper body so that there is a gap between the piston rod tip and the magnet, during the piston rod is pushed in by opening and closing the door. Also, make sure that the piston rod tip is touched to the magnet before use. 3. .Make sure that the screw for fixing the air damper body is not loose.

How to adjust damping force Adjuster Knob Adjust the damping force after loosening the lock nut. Tightening the adjustment knob clockwise will increase the damping force, and loosening it counterclockwise will decrease the damping force. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut before use.
