Plate magnets can be used for removing ferrous contaminates from free-flowing, non-magnetic materials such as corn, sugar, flour, gravel, plastic, and other granular materials. Conveyor Belt -A- Material Flow Plate magnets can be installed in chutes or suspended above conveyor belts and pulleys, providing reliable product output. Designed for low volume, lightweight, or slow-moving applications, we offer a series of light duty models, ideal for removing medium to large ferrous contaminates. These standard, permanent ceramic plate magnets are available in single gap design, and offered in 1" thick (standard) or 1.5" thick (heavy duty) models. Models are also available with powerful rare earth magnets, for applications requiring a stronger magnetic field. Contact us for more details. Key: A = Overall length, B = Thickness. Suspension distance measurements are the maximum recommended. All dimensions approximate. Model TG - Light and Heavy Duty Plate Magnets Part No. Your Best Source In the Magnetic Field

For greater length and depth of magnetic pull, heavy duty single or double gap plate magnets can offer optimum separation of metal contaminates when product purity is desired. These heavy duty models are hinged for easy cleaning. Custom models with latches or food grade quality housings are available by special request. Designed for moderately fast flow rates, these heavy duty plate magnets accomodate a wide variety of applications - reliably removing small to large ferrous contaminates. • Hinged design is easily retrieved and cleaned •...
