The InCo 800/800 A coating station by KROENERT offers single and double-sided inline coating for BOPET and BOPP films, enhancing their functionality and properties. This system can be integrated into both existing and new film stretching lines, eliminating the need for a separate offline coating process.

Applications

It can be used in simultaneous film stretching machines and is effective for coatings that provide properties such as anti-slip, anti-static, anti-fog, anti-scratch, microorganism resistance, and barrier properties.

Coating Process
The coating process utilizes KROENERT ceramic gravure roller technology and a closed chamber blade system, achieving speeds up to 550 m/min. The system supports high-precision and reproducible coatings using commercial aqueous dispersions based on acrylates, polyester, and polyurethanes.
