CUTTING TOOL RENOVATION After the initial inspection and the evaluation of the tool condition before sharpening, a barcode is assigned to each order and it is immediately included in the sharpening process. Manufacture, as well as tool sharpening takes place on a 5-axis CNC grinding machines from ISOG, Amada, Reinecker and Michael Deckel Company. Quality control of cutting tools is done on a Zoller 3D optical measuring devices. MASAM COMPLEX SOLUTION Our complex solution offers package of services that are included in the price of MASAM cutting tools. After submitting the initial input information and approving the design of the cutting tool, the customer only controls the processes, which we provide in terms of a complex solution. The figure below shows a simplified illustration of the system of our work, which adds value to MASAM cutting tools.

1.1 DESIGN OF CUTTING TOOLS After acquiring all necessary input information from the customer , we firstly create a 3D model of the tool in CATIA software. The input information should mainly include the type of the material to be machined with a CAD model of the workpiece, possibly DWG or the dimensions of a specific technological element, where the customer can define e.g. the way of tool clamping with various other specific requirements. 1.3 REPORTING AND ANALYSIS Reporting and analysis provide significant added value of MASAM cutting tools for the end customer. We provide several types of reports. Among the most used are reports before sharpening, i.e. after the end of the tool's life and economic evaluation of the proposed changes savings report (chapter 1.8). 1.4 DESIGN OF TURNKEY TECHNOLOGY On demand, our company also proposes to its customers turnkey technology. In this respect, we have experience in designing new production technology for emerging projects in individual companies.
