Texas features a complete forging operation under one roof to assure total control of all parts, components and products for ultimate fast delivery on a nationwide basis. Martin supplies closed impression die commercial forgings to the industrial, automotive, O.E.M., mining, agricultural, oil, gas and material handling industry. Martin can handle all phases of your custom forging work, including die design forging, coining, and heat treating. Martin employs state-of-the-art forging and die sinking equipment. Hammers vary in size from 1000 pounds to 6500 pounds. CUSTOM CAPABILITIES Martin routinely stocks thousands of products, each available for same day/next day deliveries. But when stock won’t do, Martin offers a variety of alternatives from simple alterations and re-bores to custom Made-to-Order items. Our custom capabilities are not limited to standard steel products. Martin is able to offer Made-to-Orders of virtually any design in quantities from one to over 1,000. Manufacturing technologies include sintered metal, injection molded plastics, milled plastics, castings and forgings.
