3. Secure with support arms and bolts, ensuring proper centering and positioning of sensing rolls.
Post-Installation Procedures
Clean the area above the MARTIN® TRACKER System and place warning labels on visible parts. Ensure all components are securely fastened and operational.
Safety Precautions and Procedures
1. Remove all tools and covers before activating the energy source.
2. Avoid contact with the conveyor belt while operational.
3. Ensure energy sources are locked/tagged out before adjustments.
4. Allow the belt to run through at least ten resolutions post-installation, then lock out/tag out the energy source.
