Operation

The CMB Series relay detects the presence of AC current. If the monitored current exceeds the trip point for more than 30 milliseconds, the internal relay energizes. If the current drops below the trip point for more than 0.5 seconds, the relay de-energizes. A Delay-on-Release feature prevents nuisance tripping from momentary load line dips. An external CT can extend the range of the Current Monitor.
