Product catalog summary
Overview: The MV6 InterLase is a fiber laser marking system designed for industrial series marking on metal and plastic surfaces. It is known for its reliability and ease of integration into production systems or robot cells.
Integration and Safety: The system can be combined with various safety solutions such as laser safety enclosures, tunnels, or machine-side safety solutions, ensuring safe operation in different environments. It supports integration into industrial workflows through interfaces like EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and PROFIBUS.
Design and Flexibility: The compact design allows for easy integration even in limited spaces, with flange surfaces on three sides for flexible mounting. The robust housing protects the laser unit in industrial settings.
Operating Software: The MV6 LaseControl software facilitates the creation of marking templates, supporting 1D and 2D codes, text content, and logos. It offers two operating modes: stationary PC operation for setup and layout creation, and autonomous stand-alone operation for executing predefined jobs.
Technical Specifications: The fiber laser operates at 20W, 30W, or 50W power with a wavelength of 1.064nm. It requires a power supply of 100-240 V AC and has a safety level of PL-e. The laser class is 4, with an optional class 1 when used with a safety tunnel.
Applications: The laser can perform various marking techniques such as laser engraving, annealing marking on steel, and foaming on plastic. The precision of the laser allows for permanent marks through color changes, foaming, or fine material removal.

MV6 InterLase EN-1

Integration laser marking system MV6 InterLase reliable marking for series production. Fiber lasers are among the most advanced and reliable technologies for industrial series marking. The MV6 InterLase was developed for marking metal and plastic surfaces in series production and can be easily and cost-effectively integrated into any production system or robot cell. The InterLase is always combined with the appropriate safety concept. Depending on the application, the laser is used with a laser safety enclosure, tunnel, laser box or a machine-side safety solution. This creates a solution that fits the marking task and the available space. InterLase + Laser Safety Enclosure In combination with a laser safety enclosure, the InterLase makes optimal use of its maximum marking area - safely, flexibly and ideally suited for larger components. Interfaces The InterLase is designed for integration into industrial workflows. Via suitable interfaces, the system can be connected to machine control, handling and higher-level processes. InterLase + Safety Tunnel The tunnel enables laser marking without a separate protective environment and makes the InterLase suitable for use in almost any location. Common interfaces and extensions such as EtherNet/IP, as well as optionally available PROFINET and PROFIBUS connections, simplify integration into a wide range of manufacturing processes.

Applications The laser beam acts precisely on the material surface. Depending on power, focus and exposure time, it creates color changes, foaming or fine material removal - resulting in marks that are permanently embedded in the material. Laser engraving Foaming Material: Steel Material: Plastic Annealing marking Material: Steel Process integration focuses on the workflow: component handling, marking position, machine control and safety concept are coordinated to ensure that the marking process fits smoothly into the existing production process. + The compact design allows the InterLase + Flange...
