INTEGRATED ROBOTIZED BLISTER LINES PHARMA PACKAGING AT ITS BEST Fine-tuned blistering and cartoning operations. Decades of outstanding skills fill this new compact monoblock machines. The dedicated software elegantly orchestrates all the servo-driven mechanics to fill (product in blister), seal (forming and lidding foils), perforate (blister), emboss and cut, transfer (blister by Robocombi) and finally insert blisters and leaflet/booklet into the cartons with impeccable precision, even at high speeds.

INTEGRA SERIES The cutting-edge “ROBOCOMBI” three-axe robot feeds the blisters into the bucket belt of the cartoning section and can be programmed for different stacking heights. The ROBOCOMBI is a Marchesini Group proprietary technology that allows perfect integration between robotics, mechanics and electronics inside our lines. The software automatically synchronizes all the production phases.

INTEGRATED ROBOTIZED BLISTER LINES TECHNOLOGY INSPIRED BY THE EXTRAORDINARY Industry 4.0 ready. All the machines of the INTEGRA series are designed to support the IoT innovations. The YUDOO* software, a dedicated SCADA system, manage, set and “understand” the machine to increase productivity, reliability and profits. Thanks to the OPC UA protocol and to the interlinked technologies these lines are capable of sharing data wherever needed.

INTEGRA SERIES Continuous innovation. The Integra machines combine many innovative features in a fully integrated system, where blistering and cartoning sections are designed to supply the maximum efficiency. The pitch control system, the drum-type carton opener and the “Cinquecento” product insertion unit represent the best technologies available on the market. These features can be further enhanced by adding optionals, such as the VALIDA (dimension and counting) and the HARLENIR (active ingredient) product verification systems.

INTEGRATED ROBOTIZED BLISTER LINES INTEGRA 320 Concentrated Italian technology. Integrated continuous motion monoblock machine. The blistering section is managed by servo motors and features two splicing tables with hidden cutter and automatic grip vacuum. A rotating unit picks up the blisters from the die cutter and positive deposits it on the connecting conveyor. Thanks to a 3 axis translation, the ROBOCOMBI, a robotized blister feeding system, carries out different kinds of blister stackings on the bucket belt of the cartoning section.
