Main Characteristics
The Maran e Peracini gate valves are manufactured in Italy according to EN 1171 standards. They feature face-to-face dimensions compliant with EN 558-1 (basic series 15) and flanged connections per EN 1092-2 PN16 with raised face. Variants with undrilled PN10 or other specifications are available on request. The valves have an outside screw with clockwise closing and an adjustable stuffing box for stem sealing. They are designed for minimal pressure drop and undergo hydrostatic testing per EN 12266-1 (test types P11 and P12). They comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, article 13, Group 1, and provide 100% full bore flow.

Corrosion Protection
The standard version is externally coated with a phenolic-oil resin and zinc-phosphate high corrosion resistance paint in Grey RAL 7011. On request, integrally epoxy-coated versions and customized colors are available.
