
The MP 125ht Gate Valves are manufactured by Maran e Peracini srl in Italy, designed according to EN 1171 standards. These gate valves feature a face-to-face length compliant with EN 558-1 (basic series 14) and flanged ends per EN 1092-2 PN10 with raised face, with options for PN16 or other specifications upon request. They incorporate an inside screw thread with clockwise closing and an adjustable stuffing box, ensuring minimal pressure drop and bi-directional flow capability. Preferred installation orientation is with the stem vertically upwards.
The valve body is made of EN-GJL-250 grey cast iron (per EN 1561), with internal components including AISI 304L stainless steel trim for corrosion resistance. The stem is stainless steel AISI 410 (X12Cr13). The wedge material varies by size: carbon steel plus AISI 304L stainless steel for DN 40 to DN 100, and grey cast iron for DN 125 to DN 300. External corrosion protection includes a phenolic-oil resin coating with zinc-phosphate painting (Grey RAL 7011) as standard, with options for integral epoxy coating and custom colors.
