ADW-SP16 Weighing Indicator / Controller with up to 16 Set Points User Benefits The DIN rail mounted remote relay units offer an increased number of set points over that provided by a standard ADW15 strain gauge indicator/controller, allowing for multi action operations such as batch and recipe control The software of the ADW-SP16 gives the user freedom to program the number of set points for their requirements. A single ADW-SP16 will control up to 16 set points, programmed from its front panel. All standard ADW15 systems features retained Program via keypad and comms port Programmable output actions Selectable set point values Industry standard analogue outputs Set points can be individually set up with in flight compensation and hysteresis values. Separate 'Output Latch' and 'Output Action' for up to 14 of the 16 set points is available, settable from the front panel of the ADW-SP16. A special mnemonic allows the user to specify the number of set points to be used. Silo & Weighing Industry All relays are pluggable and connections are made via field screw terminals. Food Industry Up to 16 set points each with an associated SPCO relay (on DIN rail mounting) Individual set point, in-flight & hysteresis values Simple one pass auto calibration for minimum setup time on site Relay contact rating 230 V @ 5 A AC 4 and 8 relay DIN rail module Provides excitation of 10 V @ 160 mA to drive up to 6 x 350 Ohm load cells Variable gain input sensitivity from 0.5 to 200 mV/V 6 wire input to compensate for zener barrier and cable losses Individual set point, in-flight & hysteresis values Relay contact rating 230 V @ 5 A AC Output relays, comms and printer drive RS232 or RS485 communications for setup, data transfer or label/ ticket printing
