manroland sheetfed Manroland ProServ Pit Stop CoLorPiLot Inspection The ProServ Pit Stop CoLorPiLot inspection is a short and simple operational check of a machine's ColorPilot module. Rather like a pit-stop for a racing car, this inspection provides a quick, accurate indication of whether the ColorPilot module is operating at optimum efficiency, or whether some minor adjustment or refurbishment may be required. Maximum duration: 2 hours The Pit Stop inspection is carried out on site and involves minimal press downtime - in the majority of cases there is no actually no need for the machine to be taken out of production. The inspection may indicate the need for status-related repair which would need to be invoiced separately.
