Manner radio telemetry

Product catalog summary
Overview of Radio Sensortelemetry
The Manner Radio Telemetry system is engineered for challenging environments, integrating a radio transmitter with a miniaturized sensor signal amplifier. It interfaces directly with strain gage bridges, thermocouples, and RTDs (PT100), digitizing signals with 12 or 16-bit resolution. The system ensures noise-free data transmission through FM modulation at 433/868 MHz, with a wireless range from 5 to over 50 meters depending on the data rate. It supports single and multi-channel configurations without crosstalk or backlash.
Rotating Part to Stationary Part
This section details the telemetry system's ability to transmit data from rotating parts to stationary receivers, featuring easy mounting, a maximum channel count of 16, and a sample rate of up to 40,000 samples per second for a single channel. Operating at 433/868 MHz, it offers a range of 50 meters in open fields and includes integrated data protection via a 16-bit CRC checksum.
Point to Point Telemetry
Point-to-point telemetry systems are highlighted for their high reliability and low power consumption, suitable for various applications.
Antenna Diversity
This section discusses the use of multiple antennas to enhance signal reliability and reduce interference, crucial for maintaining consistent data transmission in challenging environments.
Multi-Channel Telemetry
Multi-channel telemetry systems support up to 32 channels, each with independent power supply and signal processing components, designed to prevent crosstalk and ensure accurate data collection across multiple sensors.
RMC (Remote Monitoring and Control)
The RMC section outlines capabilities for remote monitoring and control, allowing for adjustments and diagnostics from a distance, enhancing operational flexibility.

Short Description of Manner Radio-Sensortelemetry The Manner Radio Telemetry was especially developed for working in heavy environment conditions. It consists of radio transmitter and miniaturized sensor signal amplifier. The strain gage bridges and thermocouples, RTD (PT100) are direct interfaced with the sensor signal amplifier. The signal from the transducer will be enforced, filtered due to the antialiasing and digitized. The resolution of the signal can be 12 Bit or 16 Bit (option). Thereafter the digital data will be encoded and a special checksum word will be generated. This special checksum...
