Thermocouple Types and Standards

The thermocouples conform to DIN 43770 standards and are available in two main types:

• Fe-CuNi (Type J): Suitable for temperature ranges from -200°C to +600°C.
• NiCr-Ni (Type K): Suitable for temperature ranges from -200°C to +800°C.

Product Variants and Ordering Information

Two main product variants are described, both featuring thermowells and exchangeable measuring inserts:

• T41.9: Thermowell with exchangeable measuring insert, available in various lengths (50 mm to 1870 mm) and diameters (6 mm and 11 mm). Order numbers are provided for each length and thermocouple type.
• T41.5: Similar to T41.9 but with pressure connection G1/2B, available in lengths from 65 mm to 1870 mm and diameters 6 mm and 11 mm. Corresponding order numbers are listed.
