If the Buyer is Italian, Italian law applies; otherwise, the CISG governs. Disputes are under the jurisdiction of the Forlì Court, with the Seller having the discretion to choose another jurisdiction.
General Provisions
Invalidity of any provision does not affect the rest. Modifications must be in writing. The Italian version of the contract prevails in case of interpretative doubts.

The mechanical slewing ring can be mounted on the excavator arm with an oscillating configuration. Mechanical rotation allows the attachment to rotate on itself up to 210° in partial rotation.
