RB-1 SMART AUTOMATIC BANDSAW FIXED WEIGHT SINGLE & DOUBLE CUT The RB-1 Smart automatic bandsaw has been designed to work automatically and precisely. The reading of the pieces by scanning allows the product to be cut by the exact weight or by the thickness that has been programmed. Frozen or fresh products, whether they are meat, fish or vegetables. The patented double-cutting system allows to obtain a precise cut and a considerable increase in production. It has multiples configurable parameters, by priorities, which are controlled electronically, such as the selection of weights, measurement ranges, cutting speed, height regulation, air pressure, and advanced and recoil movement. A qualified saw operator is NOT required. Once the recipes have been set up, the operator only has to load the product and push the start button. Easy and efficient. The fastening grippers are adapted depending on the product to be cut, which allows to minimize waste.
