The Patriot™ 1:1 Adhesive & Sealant Chop Check System is designed for precise material placement without the need for gear or transfer pumps. It features a power ratio of 15:1 and is optimized for accurate small shot sizes of mixed metered materials. The system combines balanced Patriot Chop Check Fluid Sections with a Patriot Powerslide Powerhead, ensuring excellent metering performance with medium viscosity materials. It includes pneumatic compensating cylinders in each of the two material platforms and offers a 1:1 Pro Gun for adhesive application, with an optional robotic configuration.
