The Mini Link Hydraulic System is designed for precise metering directly to your die, optimizing cost efficiency. It includes a hydraulic meter and cylinder for consistent material mixing at low flow rates, suitable for both low and high-pressure applications. Key features include two magnetic proximity switches for quick pump reversal, stainless steel fluid sections, adjustable ratio variations, and an automatic 1:1 Pro Gun.
- Ratio: Various configurations ranging from 1:1 to 13:1 depending on the combination of VHPC models used.
- Metering Pumps: Available in 120 Volt, 22 amp or 220V single phase, 13.7 amp.
- Air Requirements: 20 CFM at 100 psi of clean dry air.
- Tanks: 15-gallon gravity feed tanks with a maximum fill load of 12 gallons each.
- Flush Tank: 3-gallon pressure tank.
Includes in-line resin heaters and heated hoses for enhanced performance.
Multiple service centers are available across the United States and Canada, including locations in Kent, Knoxville, Oldsmar, and Goshen.
