The NGB and TOP series of brushless servomotors are designed for high-performance industrial automation with minimal maintenance. The NGB series is suitable for general applications with customizable options, while the TOP series is optimized for high dynamic applications with reduced dimensions.

These servomotors comply with CEI EN 60034-1 and IEC 34-1 standards, aligning with European regulations.
Designed in F class with a maximum overtemperature of 105°C, using mostly class H insulating materials for increased reliability.
Features a normally closed contact heat protector with an operating temperature of 150 ± 5°C and max voltage of 48 Vdc, 230 Vac. Optional KTY or PTC temperature sensors are available.

Includes torque vs. speed graphs for various motor models, illustrating performance characteristics across different speeds and voltages.
Motors are equipped with either a resolver or encoder located inside the rear shield for protection against accidental impacts. Available types include Resolver, TTL+S.HALL encoder, Sinusoidal encoder, Sin-Cos, and Absolute encoder. Some options are not available on the TOP 20 series.
This version allows for higher continuous torque across all speed ranges, especially at high speeds, compared to the non-ventilated version. Suitable for applications with heavy duty cycles or predominant high-speed use. The fan model used is Fandis A17M23S.
The TOP20 motors use quick fastener "VAL-U-LOK" connectors, while other motors use M23 industrial connectors. Special connectors are available upon request.
Motors can be equipped with a permanent magnet brake that activates when voltage drops. Additional inertia can be added to improve motor control, available only when the brake is not installed.
Detailed specifications for shaft end and opposite end bearings, as well as braking torque, nominal current, additional inertia, and response times for different motor types.
Oil seals and sealing rings for IP65 can be provided upon request. Coupling flange sizes comply with UNEL 13501-69 standards, with specific tolerances for the TOP20 series.
Motors are pretreated and painted with epoxy in blue RAL5000 for NGB motors and orange RAL2004 for TOP motors. Special coating cycles are available upon request.
Includes formulas and graphs for calculating the admitted radial load for a theoretical life of 20,000 hours, based on motor torque, pulley diameter, and tension factor.
Various versions of motors are detailed, including standard executions and those with rotatable right-angle connectors. Specific options like the electrofan are not available for certain versions.
