Product Features
The scanning stage includes exchangeable stage inserts suitable for various applications and features a flat design due to a lowered motor axis. It comes with a 5-year guarantee when used with the Märzhäuser TANGO controller. The integrated ETS device allows for automatic identification and parameterization of the scanning stage. The motor cable connects at the rear right.

Accessories
A glass plate is included with the delivery, and additional accessories can be found on the Märzhäuser website.
