Mactech Europe LTD On Site Machining Services Flange Facing Mactech Europe has a range of both internally and externally mounted flange facing machines that cover most applications. Our equipment is capable of maintaining high degrees of accuracy with a variable feed rate to achieve the specified surface finish for all gasket types. All the machines are pneumatically driven and highly portable, designed to work in the most demanding of conditions. Some typical applications are as follows: Raised face flanges Ring Type Joints Specialist hub connectors Heat exchanger tube sheets front & back face ‘O’ Ring Grooves Pipe Cutting / End Prepping With light weight / low clearance clamshell machines covering pipe sizes from 2” – 60” outside diameter it is possible to cut and bevel a vast range of pipe sizes, materials and wall thicknesses in the minimum amount of time. Machines can be either pneumatically or hydraulically operated dependant on the application and site conditions. Internally mounted end preparation machines are also used from bore sizes ½” – 24”.
