The aftercooler is sloped to prevent condensate freezing during winter. When combined with the compressed air reheating system, the user can continuously adjust the desired air temperature. For improved environmental compliance, the condensates are collected in a specially designed sealed container. The centrifugal water separator can remove up to 99% of the water and liquid contaminants present in the compressed air. The centrifugal force drives the liquid toward the separator walls, and as it accumulates, it is discharged into the bottom of the separator tank.
