Overview: The extrex® RV/RB series by MAAG is a high-performance gear pump designed for rubber extruders, offering optimized flow channels, self-cleaning properties, low pulsation, and compact design. • extrex® RV: Discharge pressure up to 350 bar, differential pressure up to 250 bar, pump sizes from 36 to 110, specific volume from 25.6 to 718 cm³/rev, throughput range from 15 to 1,500 kg/h.
• extrex® RB: Discharge pressure up to 450 bar, differential pressure up to 350 bar, pump sizes from 56 to 110, specific volume from 59 to 457 cm³/rev, throughput range from 50 to 1,000 kg/h.

Application Limits: Mooney ML 1+4 (100) up to 100, viscosity up to 30,000 Pas, temperature up to 130 °C, inlet pressure up to 120 bar.

Materials: Housing and cover made of alloy steel, gear shafts of nitrided tool steel, bearings of tool steel, and shaft seals of alloy steel. The pump is liquid temperature controlled.
