2. Driver Specification PARAMETER The driver is powered by AC220V supply and delivers power 800W to the roller motor with 100% duty cycle (S1). The motor speed and rotating direction are controlled via RS485 series communication and IO terminal as well.

Speed resolution in RS485 communication There is only one byte for speed setting and the upper limit value is 255 unit in rpm. If a larger value is expected, you can change the speed resolution to increase the limit. For example, the upper limit will be 510 if the speed resolution is set to 2. 3. Quality Control and Surveillance Every set of motor dispatched from factory has a tracking inspection table, which can be traced back to the original size of each part. The insulation performance test includes winding voltage, resistance and turn-to-turn test. Back EMF method is used for motor performance test. All motors must pass the test before being dispatched.
