At the heart of the system Lyndex utilises a two stage pump arrangement, one high volume vane pump and a variable displacement high pressure pump. Filtration is by means of a pressure filter in line with the high volume pump. Oil is filtered down to 25 microns and the whole volume of oil is filtered 20 times each hour Operator Interface The operator interface main screen has a graphical view of the machine showing all the important machine parameters such as pressure, bale length, temperature and material selection. The interface has been specifically designed to be user friendly with operators becoming familiar with the screens within minutes.
