Pressure-Flow® Cooker
This cooker is the result of 10 years of development and is designed to change the way rice is processed. It features a 50 in. x 13 ft. pressure vessel operating at temperatures between 200°F and 250°F. The system reduces cleanup time significantly by rotating the screen and auger simultaneously during cleaning.

Hydro-Flow® Agitation System
This patented system prevents overcooking and undercooking by keeping the product off the screen floor. It cooks rice in 6-8 minutes, improves yield by up to 10%, reduces water usage and waste, and enhances product quality.

Pressure-Flow Sizing Chart
The chart provides cooking times and capacities for different sizes of the Pressure-Flow® Cooker, with applications suggested for various types of rice including white, brown, basmati, red, black, and jasmine.
