Overview: The EASY-FLOW™ Cooler is a high-capacity particulate cooler designed to efficiently reduce the temperature of particulate foods through a multi-stage cooling process. It is compact, measuring 6' x 6' x 8' tall, and can handle up to 30,000 pounds per hour (PPH) of product.

Cooling Stages:

First Stage: Cools to 70°F (21°C) in 7 seconds.
Second Stage: Cools to 55°F (13°C) in 14 seconds.
Third Stage: Cools to 40-50°F (4-10°C) in 21 seconds.

Adding additional machines in series can further reduce temperatures to 40°F in less than 30 seconds.

Functionality: The cooler uses ambient city or well water to pull heat from the product efficiently. It can remove 100°F in under 10 seconds. The system allows for pre-cooling before freezing and can reuse heat from cooling elsewhere.

As it mixes with water in transit, heat is pulled out of the product very efficiently. 100 F can be removed in under 10 seconds.
