DESCRIPTION Lubricating oil made with highly refined special base oils and anti-oxidation, anti-rust, anti-foam, emulsifying and extreme pressure additives that allow it to perform properly in the work of ferrous metal machining mainly without staining the material and prolonging the useful life of the tools. This lubricant is mixed with water in proportions ranging from 15: 1 to 30: 1 depending on the machining operation. The most common ratio is 20: 1 FEATURES AND BENEFITS: • Excellent wett protection and lubricity. • Very stable emulsions with water. • Avoid corrosion and rust. • Oxidation resistance. • Protects tools against wear. • It dissipates heat generated in machining operations. • It has good lubricity. • Good characteristics of extreme pressure. APPLICATIONS Recommended for machining operations suchs as turning, milled, drilled, rhymed, brushed and in general on machine tools that require an oil mixed with water to lubricate, cool and control tool wear.
